Stellar Pelargoniums are one of the younger of the groups having been introduced from Australia in the 1960s and 1970s. They tend to produce almost starburst-like heads of flowers and interesting leaves.

This section also includes formosum hybrids.

This is Zonal Pelargonium 'Chelsea Morning' which produces a pretty white flower with pink blushes in the centre.  It was raised by Hazel Key and named after her granddaughter who was born on one of the mornings of the Chelsea Flower Show!

This group of Pelargoniums is one of the latest groups to the genus with some exciting and new varieties appearing.


Typical characteristics include large single and double flowers in shades of white, cream, pinks, peaches, reds and oranges. This category also boasts some interesting yellows which is a rare colour among Pelargonium varieties.
